03 / The Chayla approach

Good work starts
with a conversation.

You should know what is happening in your home. We keep the conversation open, from agreeing the work to walking through the finished result.

  1. 01

    Tell us your plans.

Share what you want to change, where you are and any ideas or drawings. We’ll discuss the next step and whether a site visit is needed.

  2. 02

    Get the details right.

We work through the scope, materials and practicalities, then provide a quote so you can make an informed decision.

  3. 03

    Bring it together.

Once the work and timing are agreed, we get started. We keep you informed and review the finishing details with you at handover.

answers.

Can I get a free quote?

Yes. Get in touch with a brief description of the work and your location. We’ll discuss your requirements and arrange a site visit if needed before preparing a no-obligation quote.

Do I need drawings before getting in touch?

No. You can start with an idea, a photo or a description of what you want to change. If you already have drawings, share them with us so we can discuss the work in more detail.

Do you take on smaller carpentry jobs?

Our services include fitted storage, cabinetry and finishing carpentry as well as larger building projects. Tell us what you need and we’ll confirm how we can help.

When could my project start?

Availability and timescales depend on the type of work and our current commitments. Let us know if you have a date in mind so we can discuss a realistic schedule.

What should I include in my enquiry?

Your town or postcode, the type of work and a short description are a good start. Photos, approximate dimensions, drawings and any preferred timing also help us understand your plans.
